Gigi Miller is an artist with an unconventional approach to Venetian plastering. Miller was born in San Pablo California. She studied art at San Jose State University before moving to Chicago and becoming an Airline Flight Attendant. After a twenty two year career, September 11, 2001 changed the course of her life.

In 2003 after studying with some of the industries most highly respected artisans, Aaron Cohen, Doyle and Linda Self, Kelly S. King to name a few, Gigi founded Embellish Decorative Paint and Plaster Studio. While continuing her education at the SAFRA Decoracion Academy in Villa Franca, Italy, Gigi was inspired to experiment with Venetian Plaster. Gigi now uses her trowel as a paint brush and plexiglass as her "canvas."
